Beet Bliss Balls

Ingredients
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
2 tbsp. beet root powder
½ cup dates, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. honey (optional)
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Unsweetened desiccated coconut for rolling
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Roll mix into 8 evenly sized balls.
- Roll balls in desiccated coconut until completely coated.
- Store in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 5 days.
