Standard Process Order Cancellations and ChangesPlease check your order of Standard Process products carefully, as all sales are final. We cannot change or cancel your order once it is submitted. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, we will refund or replace any product that arrives damaged. Please take a few pictures of the damaged product and email them to us at: info@snowholistichealth.com.Returns & Refunds for Other ProductsIf you need to return any product other than Standard Process supplements, please reach out to us by email at: info@snowholistichealth.com so we can help you with your specific order.

  • Digitally Delivered Products: Protocols, assessments, consultations, courses, and similar digital products are not eligible for refunds.
  • Diagnostic Tests: Tests that have already been sent to the processing laboratory are not eligible for refunds.
  • Special Health Devices: For items like cold lasers, light therapy devices, spas, or infrared technology, please email us at info@snowholistichealth.com for assistance with your specific order. Items such as therapy and support devices must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot refund purchases returned in used condition.

General Return Information

  • Returns: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products (i.e. broken bottles, expired product, poor quality batches).
  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
  • Product Condition: Only products in new condition (in box, unopened) are eligible for return within the 30-day purchase from date.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Method: Returns must be made by mail.
  • Return Label: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Order ViolationsOrders canceled for violations of the Standard Process Terms of Use, such as reselling on third-party sites, shipping to distribution warehouses, or drop-shipping, are not eligible for returns or refunds of any kind.
