Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 teaspoon raw honey
4” piece of raw ginger root
1/2 lemon
1/2 scoop Turmeric Power
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
Preparation
Chop the garlic and place in a tablespoon. Drizzle with honey and swallow the mixture with water. Makes one serving.
Using a juicer, run the ginger and lemon through. Add the Turmeric Power and cayenne to the juiced liquid. Using a milk frother, mix the juice mixture until evenly mixed. Pour into a shot glass and drink. Makes one serving.
