We do not offer in-office discounts on supplements or services. Our pricing reflects the quality of the products we carry, including Standard Process® and MediHerb®.

No. Snow Holistic Health is a private-pay, functional healthcare practice. We do not bill or accept insurance. Upon request, we can provide a superbill you may submit to your insurance, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

We support patients locally and virtually. Whether you live nearby or out of state, we can help guide you through nutrition-based and functional wellness care.

You can still work with us! Many of our services—including consultations, nutrition programs, and supplement plans—are available virtually. State laws vary, so we’ll let you know what we can provide based on your location.

Yes. Most patients are able to use their HSA or FSA cards for functional medicine visits, chiropractic care, softwave therapy and supplements. Coverage varies by plan, so check with your provider if you’re unsure.

Your patient portal includes tools designed to make your care simple and organized:

  • Schedule or request appointments
  • Securely message our team
  • Update medications and health history
  • Access and print your current supplement list
  • Ask questions between visits
  • Review visit notes and documents

This portal is required for all new patients.

Because we sell temperature-sensitive products—including Standard Process and MediHerb—all supplement sales are final.
If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement.

For retail supplement orders or subscription shipments:

  • For subscriptions using Recharge, update the address within the specific subscription as well
