Please review your order carefully before checkout — once it’s submitted, we’re unable to cancel or make changes. This is especially true for Standard Process products, which are temperature-sensitive and shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product arrives damaged, email info@snowholistichealth.com with photos and your order number so we can replace or refund it.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier. We also offer free shipping on orders over $79, which applies automatically at checkout.
For non–Standard Process items, unopened products in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note that digital products (protocols, consultations, courses, or assessments) and diagnostic tests that have already been sent to a lab are not eligible for refunds.
