Will Reiki cure my __________________.
Reiki works with your body to balance and put things in order according to NATURE’S priorities…not our expectations. Part of Reiki’s philosophy is to respect for your body’s natural intelligence, and the needs of mind and spirit too. For example, someone might want a session to improve shoulder pain. As it turns out, there may be more important underlying issues. It could be that the Reiki focuses on undiagnosed high blood pressure, or the work stress underlying it all, long before it helps the shoulder pain. So if Reiki doesn’t help a particular problem, it isn’t that the Reiki didn’t work – the Reiki energy working with the body and spirit had more important things to do first. It might take us time to realize what these other issues are – or we may never know.
Does the practitioner change the energy in my body?
No. Nothing is changed or taken away from your body’s energy systems. None of the practitioner’s energy is used on yours in any way. The practitioner functions more like a connector, not an energy source, allowing your body and spirit to better connect with the natural life energy. You have a connection with it anyway…you are alive…but the Reiki treatment helps that connection to work more efficiently and helps the energy already in your system balance itself better.

It can help you keep that healthy balance, and tune in to your sense of wellness. Some people find Reiki to be helpful to their spiritual practices, intuition development and emotional wellness even without any physical concerns.
